About Bell Hours
Boilerplate you can paste
Bell Hours (bellhours.com) answers one question for US markets: is the market open right now? It shows the live open or closed status of the NYSE and Nasdaq, the options, futures, forex and bond markets, and crypto, with a countdown to the next opening or closing bell converted to the visitor's local time. It also publishes the complete NYSE holiday and early-close calendars for 2026, 2027, 2028 and a dedicated answer page for every market holiday, compiled from the official NYSE, Nasdaq, SIFMA, Cboe and CME calendars. Bell Hours is independent, free, has no ads and no login, and is made by fen0m, the developer behind SeaTempMap and Calc². An iPhone and Apple Watch app is in development.

Copy, paste, done
Mentioning the site. Link the name to the homepage:
<a href="https://bellhours.com/">Bell Hours</a> |
Using the data (holiday dates, hours, early closes). Put this under the table or chart that uses it:
Source: <a href="https://bellhours.com/stock-market-holidays-2026">Bell Hours</a>, compiled from the NYSE, Nasdaq and SIFMA calendars. |
Linking a specific answer. Deep links are welcome and better for your readers: /is-the-stock-market-open-on-thanksgiving, /stock-market-hours, /stock-market-holidays-2026. Every page has a stable URL that will not change.
Rules. The link must be a normal link (no rel="nofollow", no redirect through a tracker). Write the name as two words, Bell Hours, capitalised. Do not present Bell Hours as endorsing your product, and do not republish whole pages. That is all.
Embed the live market status card
Open or closed, the next bell, in the reader's local time
Paste this where the card should appear. The <a> inside the box is the attribution: it stays in your HTML, so it works without JavaScript and is shown under the card. Change data-market to options, futures, forex, bonds or crypto; data-theme is market (light while open, dark while closed), light, dark or auto. Configure and preview it →

Frequently asked questions
Can I use the Bell Hours holiday data on my site?
Yes. holidays.json, markets.json and the .ics calendar are free for editorial and commercial use as long as the page that uses them links to bellhours.com with a normal (dofollow) link.
Do I need permission to mention Bell Hours?
No. Write about it, screenshot it, embed the badge. The only ask is the link back and the correct name, Bell Hours, two words.
Can I copy the holiday pages or the FAQ text?
Short quotes with a link are fine. Republishing whole pages is not; write your own text and cite the data.
Can I resell the data?
No. You may not package the calendar files as your own product or feed, and you may not present Bell Hours as endorsing your service.
